Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how APEXPlayer LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("APEXPlayer," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Name, email address, and password when you create an account or join a waitlist.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We receive limited billing details (such as your name, billing address, and the last four digits and expiry of your card) but never store full card numbers.
• Usage information. Pages viewed, features used, forecasts accessed, and interactions with the Service, collected automatically.
• Device and log information. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Communications. Messages you send us, including support requests.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4.

2. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including delivering forecasts and managing subscriptions.
• Process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Communicate with you about the Service, including service announcements and, with your consent where required, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Measure and improve the performance of the Service and of our advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

• Service providers. Vendors that host, process payments, provide analytics, send email, or otherwise support the Service, under contracts limiting their use of your information.
• Advertising and analytics partners. We use tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which collect device and usage information via cookies and similar technologies to measure ads and site performance. Under some state laws this is considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," which you can opt out of (Section 6).
• Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of APEXPlayer, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit parts of the Service. Where a consent banner is shown, your choices there control non-essential cookies.

5. Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, tax and payment records). We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, though no system is completely secure.

6. Your US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, among others), you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a portable copy.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law.
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@apexplayer.ai with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using your account email and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sharing/targeted advertising where required.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or in-Service notice before the changes take effect. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
